Miguel Lewis

With a reputation as one of the most sought after designers in Lima -Peru, architect and interior designer Miguel Lewis started his career working closely with renowned top Interior designers and hi-end residential projects. Miguel was also a big part of important designers event ‘Casacor Peru’ for several years in a row, where he was responsible for creating one of a kind design concept rooms and the restoration of XIX century historic buildings.

With his experience in both residential and commercial architecture, Miguel decided to expand his horizons and move to Miami where he landed a position as head designer for internationally renowned Sam Robin Inc. 

Quickly becoming known as an 'up-and-coming design star' he was responsible for co-designing one of the 4 rooms at the Elle Décor Modern House show for Art Basel Miami 2015. Shortly after he was also invited to design a vignette for charity event Design On a Dime Miami first edition and NYC 2016. He successfully delivered one of the most striking vignettes being featured at ElleDecor.com and published by renowned photographer Douglas Freidman and many other social media personalities.

Miguel is always exploring the use of color making his style pretty unique and special. Some of the industry inspirations for Lewis’s designs are Jaime Hayon, Yabu Pushelberg, Marcio Kogan, Issay Weinfield, Le corbusier, Piero Lissoni, to name a few.

Miguel works very closely with high-end furnishing groups like Roche Bobois (main sponsor for the Elle décor show), Christian Liagire, Minotti, Baccarat, Lladro, Lalique, among others, insuring an exquisite taste and luxurious quality.

Miguel is getting ready for his next move, with a quick stop in NYC for the DOAD show, he has set his eyes in Los Angeles.
